She loves that this program is a full body approach intended to move all 630+ muscles from fingers to toes using gentle, no-impact, fluid movements. She also takes pride in providing a mix of both familiar and new songs in her playlists, as well as a wide variety of music genres, from rock and roll to classical. Not only do her Essentrics clients feel great after a class, but they have fun! And it helps them do all of the other things that they enjoy doing…better, because joints have been unlocked and tight muscles are released and strengthened, thus providing for a more balanced body. It is an evolving program, and she enjoys researching and adding to her knowledge of anatomy and movement. Her motivation comes from her clients who experience improvements in flexibility, posture, mobility and strength.
